A repeatable diagnostic checklist for model import, generation, adjustment, and export issues.
Reduce the case
Save a copy and reproduce the issue with the smallest useful model and the fewest enabled options. Record whether it appears during import, generation, adjustment, calculation, or export.
Check the inputs
Confirm file type, scale, orientation, mesh condition, active object, split direction, and the system controls that changed. Compare an automatic starting point with the manual Build Box and Confirm path when relevant.
Send a useful report
Include the step, expected result, visible result, Blender and Moldboxer build identifiers, and a shareable test file when permitted. Remove private or licensed geometry before contacting support.
