Separate geometry from material choice
Moldboxer helps generate and measure mould geometry. It does not replace the silicone supplier’s instructions for mixing, curing, compatibility, temperature, handling, or a regulated use.
Use density deliberately
The calculator can estimate silicone volume and weight from the configured mould and a density value. Enter a value from the current material documentation and treat the result as a planning estimate.
Validate the physical process
Before production, review the mould design alongside the selected material’s technical and safety documents. Confirm the real process with the relevant supplier or qualified specialist.
